Each year we have a number of student properties available throughout Cheltenham, all within reach of the various campuses.
The properties are all furnished and each room comprises:
- Single or double bed
- Desk & chair
- Chest of drawers
- Wardrobe or hanging space
- Curtains/blind to window
The property benefits from:
- Gas central heating (all boilers and heating systems have a valid Gas Safety Certificate)
- If applicable, comply with HMO regulations (House in Multiple Occupation)
- A current Energy Performance Certificate
- Fitted kitchen with cooker, fridge/freezer, washing machine (as a minimum)
- Wireless internet is offered in most of our properties
Once you have selected the property you want to live in all you need to do is fill in our application forms – there is NO ADMIN FEE.
A payment of £200.00 secures your room and is also part payment of the deposit we hold, which is 1 months rent. The top up of the deposit is payable upon signing of the lease along with the first months rent. The lease is for a period of 11 months with rent payments paid monthly in advance.
We do insist that all tenants have a guarantor, such as a parent or relative to guarantee payment of your rent. This document is supplied for your parents/relative to sign and forms part of the tenancy agreement.
All tenants are responsible for their own contents insurance, please make sure you are covered for all your belongings. We can provide details of insurance should you need cover.
